chore(workflows): recompile standalone smokes with gh-aw v0.86.2 (#832)

Regenerates the three *-standalone.lock.yml files using the gh-aw
v0.86.2 compiler, resolving the version drift reported in #827.
Standard workflows remain pinned to the stable v0.85.4 compiler.

The detector version is unchanged: gh-aw still emits the literal
`latest` to install_threat_detect_binary.sh.
