chore(workflows): recompile locks against gh-aw v0.87.8 (#993)

Regenerates all `.github/workflows/*.lock.yml` files with the gh-aw
compiler at v0.87.8, resolving the version drift reported in #992. The
smoke locks also pick up the bumped `DefaultThreatDetectVersion`
(v0.5.1) via the standard drift-recompile path.
