Description

On Android, the didDisplayIncomingCall event is never sent, even after calling RNCallKeep.displayIncomingCall. The docs say that this event is the callback for RNCallKeep.displayIncomingCall. In RNCallKeepModule.java, the only time this event is sent is in the reportNewIncomingCall method. This method is undocumented and does not appear to be called anywhere else in the module.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Setup callkeep and add an event listener for the "didDisplayIncomingCall" event.
2. Call RNCallKeep.displayIncomingCall
3. Notice the "didDisplayIncomingCall" event never fires.
