The recently added check-dependency-minmax skill helps me a lot, so I wanted to add it to the OSL project as well. That gave me an excuse to refactor it to make it project independent. (Well, not really truly generic, but enough so that it can be shared by these two projects that have intentionally very similar build, test, and CI systems.) - Move all the project-specific information out of the SKILL.md to make it identical between OIIO and OSL currently, and easy to sync between the projects from time to time. Most notable items moved OUT of this file: list of dependencies, known issues from past audits, lessons learned, various minor references and examples specific to the project. - assets/project.md: contains project-specific info such as the buildinfo tool, CI job naming conventions, key dependencies and where to find their upstreams. - assets/known-issues.md: project-specific findings from past audits. - assets/lessons-learned.md: project-specific tips for running the audit. - Fairly minor changes to the two scripts to make them work in both projects.
