/status endpoint should read server version dynamically from pubsec.yaml dynamically #28

Currently for every new release, we need to update the server version in both pubsec.yaml and runner.dart file. /status endpoint will make use of hardcoded version from runner.dart to send the server version to driver.

We need to figure out a way to read the version dynamically from pubsec.yaml during runtime.
