Memory leak when joining game #321

Describe the bug
since a recent update of the game, the player who tries to join the game experiences a memory leak. After trying to join the game, the memory usage of the game increases (while still on the loading screen) until the RAM (32 GB) is full and Windows kills the game. This didn't happen a few weeks ago.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Start Server
2. Player tries to connect
3. The game leaks memory on the client side until it gets killed.

Expected behavior
The player can join the game.

Active DLCs
Happens both with and without DLCs

Active mods
Only CSM and the Harmony dependency.
