Parser::dom() passed the original schema URI to both Xerces grammar loading and the DOM parser. Grammar loading could resolve imports through the configured search paths, while the second DOM parse reopened the original relative URI from the current working directory and failed.
Resolve the input schema against the configured search paths and reuse the resolved path for both parsing passes.
Validation: rebuilt XSC locally and reproduced the invocation from a different working directory. The trace now resolves LinkAttribs from XMI.xsd and proceeds into code generation. Local generation could not write output in the external test directory under the sandbox. git diff --check passed.

Bug Fixes
Schema loading now checks the requested path first, then searches configured include paths in order when that path is unavailable. Empty paths are skipped, and the first existing candidate is used.

Select and use the schema path XSC/Parser.cpp
Parser::dom checks the requested path first. If it does not exist, it searches non-empty configured include paths in order and selects the first existing candidate. Grammar loading and document parsing use the selected path.
DOCGroup/XSC#88: PR #88 appends supplied --search-path values to Parser::Paths in order; this change searches the resulting include paths.

A rabbit checks the schema door, Then hops along the paths in store. The first one found is brought inside, For grammar work and parsing’s ride. The forest paths now guide the way.

std::filesystem::exists(schema_path, ec) to distinguish a missing path from a
lookup error: stop the search and propagate or report the error before checking
include paths. Apply the same error check to each include-path candidate so
lookup failures cannot fall through to another schema.
