[P1] Keep the Click pin compatible with the locked SQLFluff. sqlfluff==4.2.2 in this file requires click<8.4.0, so pinning click==8.4.2 makes a clean install fail before tests can run. I reproduced the conflict locally with uv pip install --dry-run -r requirements-lock.txt; the PR's transpile checks show the same pip ResolutionImpossible failure on Python 3.10 and 3.12. Please regenerate a mutually compatible lockfile rather than changing this pin alone. CI evidence: https://github.com/MIT-LCP/mimic-code/actions/runs/32837090069
