v2.1.1

Full Changelog: diondokter/device-driver@v2.1.0...v2.1.1

Changelog

Sourced from device-driver's changelog.

2.1.1 (24-08-26)

  • Added defmt::Format derives for generated devices/blocks
  • Sped up two MIR passes significantly, making the compiler 4.5x faster when compiling a manifest with 8192 externs
    • Also fixed internal Hash and and PartialEq implementations for identifiers so they're no longer breaking the rules
  • Fixed field repeats. They were accidentally providing exclusive ranges to the load and store functions while inclusive is required

Cargo Vet Audit Passed

cargo vet has passed in this PR. No new unvetted dependencies were found.

The runtime crate's src/ is byte-identical to 2.1.0, so the existing
1.0.9 -> 2.1.0 audit carries forward unchanged. Everything in the 2.1.1
release notes lands in device-driver-generation, which this tree does
not pull in. The remaining delta is packaging: the version bump, the
pinned optional device-driver-macros dep, and a new test target.

Unblocks the dependabot bump in #74.
