The generator ignored bare group references inside map/group bodies, so
types like `browsingContext.Info = { browsingContext.BaseInfo }` produced
no fields and were dropped, and types that include a base group (e.g.
ContextCreatedParameters, network event parameters, realm infos) were
missing the included fields. Included fields are appended after the
type's own fields to keep existing dataclass field order.
