When the wifi connection is turned off, repeat the connect/disconnect at high speed. #390
Description
When the wifi connection is turned off, scratchattach try connection and quickly shows disconnected and try connection again.
When I used event handler, an issue has occurred as mentioned above.
I want you to add more interval. And user should be able to change that time.

If your Internet is off there is no point running the script because it requires Internet to send a

It does not send a

Oh, I never actually looked into the cloud variable server and how scratchattach connects to it and etc.

Well, wifi may be suddenly turned off.
Even if it's not what we want.
That's why I made this issue.
