vcio-api-v3: Update pipelines with new Package x Advisory model v2 and API v3 #1881
Description
We need to migrate all the importers from V1 (aka vulnerability pipelines) to V2 pipelines (aka. advisory pipelines) including the latest model updates with Package x Advisory model and the v3 API.

This is all done, see each issue for details. Note that the two OVAL issues are not important and not urgent and best deferred, so much so that dropping OVAL entirely is the best course of action and what is planned in these two issues.
