   To test one time pipeline

   1. Create pipeline new pipeline, see guide for writing pipeline https://vulnerablecode.readthedocs.io/en/latest/tutorial_add_importer_pipeline.html
   2. Set the pipeline class variable run_once to True
   3. Run VulnerableCode

      git clone https://github.com/nexB/vulnerablecode.git && cd vulnerablecode
      make envfile
      docker compose build
      docker compose up -d
      

   4. See the status of one time pipeline here: http://<localhost>/pipelines/dashboard/
