Is this the same issue as #32104? Both describe NVDA reading the mat-error twice.

I’m interested in helping narrow this down. The useful distinction from #32104 seems to be whether the duplicate announcement occurs only with
hideRequiredMarkerenabled; #32104 describes amat-errorannouncement after blur without that condition. Could the reproduction be reduced to one required form field with the same error, tested withhideRequiredMarkerboth on and off, while keeping the invalid/blur sequence identical? Recording the NVDA version and the exact two spoken strings, then comparing the renderedaria-describedbyand live-region state in each case, would show whether these are the same path or two separate triggers. I have not reproduced either case locally, so I would keep the diagnosis open until that comparison is available.
