The website has an instance of the contribution guide. Key projects (like Toga and Briefcase) have a copy of the contribution guide as well. The project-specific guides add additional information
However, if someone comes to Toga by way of the website contribution guide, they may not be aware of project-specific requirements.
The environment setup page (how/dev-environment/) for the website does redirect to project-specific guides; but if a user has managed to get an environment set up themselves, they might not see that information.
We should add a note/admonition, with content analogous to the content in the environment setup page, to the top of the contribution guide on the website that indicates there are platform-specific contribution guides.
