Over the previous pin it adds:url_encode()no longer truncates its output, caller-supplied names are escaped in management REST paths, and user and group upsert bodies are form-encoded.form_encode()writes each percent escape with two hex digits and copies only the bytes it documents.http_session::last_active_is initialised.couchbaseandcouchbase-opentelemetrymove to 3.9.0, and the Gemfile snippets in both READMEs follow.
