Security warning with feature "tts" #933
Description
There are two security warnings that come about due to the feature tts:
- https://github.com/daisy/MathCAT/security/dependabot/3
- https://github.com/daisy/MathCAT/security/dependabot/23
These were added in 2c465e2 and only applies to src/bin/mathml2text.rs (so it isn't part of MathCAT itself). Fixing them by bumping the version numbers requires newer natural-tts. Since I don't know if that is acceptable or not, I defer to @masonium who added it...

Both of those links are broken, and in the "Security" tab doesn't have any outstanding vulnerabilities.
