Closes #2661. Adds ruxt.txt ASCII logo (blueviolet 138;43;226 from the distro's os-release ANSI_COLOR) and registers names { Ruxt Linux, ruxt } in r.inc. Verified with a local build: -l ruxt and -l 'Ruxt Linux' both render.
