• One functioning tea recipe with terrain/weather effect and duration timer
• Compass reveal mechanic gated on active tea effect
• One repair/trade quest (fetch/fix/deliver) with reputation + currency reward
• Minimal placeholder UI: compass state, tea timer, quest log

Exit criteria: Loop completes end-to-end without art or polish; internal team can play dock → brew → reveal → sail → repair → reward in one sitting.
