Make repo pages distinct and sitemap dates honest; plain-language copy - #15

Conversation
Search Console showed 92 repo pages "crawled, not indexed" and 364 "discovered, not indexed". Two causes addressed here: - lastmod moved on every request (static pages) or every rescore (repos), so Google had no reason to trust it. A new repo.content_changed_at only moves when the score or badge changes; sitemap, package URLs and JSON-LD dateModified use it. The bundled DB is migrated and backfilled from git history (the rescore job only commits when a score changes). - Repo pages were ~70% identical text, mostly the nine per-agent rationale paragraphs. Each page now has an "At a glance" summary (rank matching the leaderboard, best/weakest agent, biggest fix), the three checks each agent weighs most with this repo's result, and a repo-specific meta description. The rationales stay on /methodology, linked from every agent row. Shared text is now ~58%. Visible copy across the site is rewritten in plain words; facts and caveats are unchanged. Privacy, terms and the changelog are untouched. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
lastmodand JSON-LDdateModifiednow move only when a repo's score or badge changes.Motivation
Search Console (2026-09-24): 92 repo pages "crawled, not indexed", 364 "discovered, not indexed".
/methodology#model-<id>, linked from every agent row.lastmodchanged on every request (static pages) or every rescore (repos), so it carried no signal.Changes
repo.content_changed_at: set by the upsert only whenoverall_scoreorbadge_embeddedchanges. Added by an immediate-transaction migration.data/rank.dbis migrated and backfilled from git history, where a rescore commit only lands when a score changes.content_changed_at. Static pages with no data dependency droplastmod.lib/utils/repo-summary.ts: rank by leaderboard position (ties match the table); "Top N%" only for the top half; best-agent ties say "+ N more".PerModelScores: score bar plus key-check chips, replacing the shared paragraphs. Also used by live-score pages.APP_DESCRIPTION. Facts and caveats unchanged. Privacy, terms and changelog untouched.Testing
bun x tsc --noEmit,bun run test(208 pass),bun x biome check .(3 existing warnings only),bun run build.next start: 24 routes return expected statuses. Repo-page rank matches the leaderboard on tied scores. The lowest-ranked repo shows no "Top %".main's DB and against the migrated DB (no-op).Docs + roadmap sync
N/A for changelog: SEO and polish, no roadmap item. AGENTS.md (layout, "Adding a model" checklist) and README updated.
