Not all data processed right now

Right now not all data is processed, but only electrons, protons and alpha particles.

1. State that in the readme (solved with decf9cc)
2. Include it in the future

This should be much more easily fixed after finishing issue #12 (shouldn't make a difference)

For STEP, fixed with v0.3.0

• EPT and HET are missing df_rtn and df_hci as they are in the level 3 EPT data.
• EPT otherwise contains all data
• For HET, df_protons contains all data. df_electrons is missing 'H_HCad_Flux_0-3', 'H_HCad_Rate_0-3', and 'H_HCad_Uncertainty_0-3'. In addition, missing are the EPOCH_1-3 data, which are fluxes, rates and uncertainties for:
  • Elec_HE, He3, and He4 (EPOCH_1)
  • C, N, O (EPOCH_2)
  • Fe (EPOCH_3)
