Hello first time contributing here.
I'm @acul71 from py-libp2p.
I would like to add this codec to fullfill a py-multiaddr user request.
Let me know,
Saluti

Reserve draft code 0x01c7 for a WireGuard (wg) multiaddr protocol, in the free slot between noise (0x01c6) and shs (0x01c8).

The code identifies a fixed-size 32-byte Curve25519 public key used as a WireGuard tunnel endpoint.

First implementation: multiformats/py-multiaddr#108
Tracking: multiformats/py-multiaddr#123

A follow-up PR to multiformats/multiaddr (protocols.csv) will reference this registration.

Sorry for being so late. This one slipped my attention. I'm not deep into multiaddr, but it seems reasonable and there are no objections. BTW: the experts are at the multiaddr repo, so it makes sense to open an issue there first (for next time :)

So if you rebase it, I'm happy to merge it.
