Update nixpkgs to NixOS 26.05 and Node 24 - #802

Keep the existing release-25.11 input and refresh its pin alongside the PureScript overlay, mkSpagoDerivation, and transitive registry snapshots. Validated with all x86_64-linux flake checks and local Colmena evaluation. No server deployment performed.
Backport the upstream Node cleanup-hook fixes so better-sqlite3 remains stable on Node 24. Use the supported NixOS channel and updated node-gyp package attribute. Stage the dbus-daemon to dbus-broker transition for the next boot instead of live activation. Resume normal switching after an approved reboot, and document deployment and rollback behavior.

For what it's worth, I also ran this on my Macbook to check on the now-removed darwin override and it built fine. |

Updates nixpkgs to NixOS 26.05 and refreshes the other flake inputs. This moves the server to Node 24 and picks up dbus-broker as the new D-Bus default.
