feat: rename the package to roadrunner/version-checker - #29

chore: polish composer.json metadata The package keeps its version line and replaces roadrunner-php/version-checker with self.version, so packages that still require roadrunner-php/version-checker are satisfied by roadrunner/version-checker and both names never get installed together.
