Installs the Atlassian Teamwork Graph CLI (twg) non-interactively by downloading the binary from the official CDN and verifying it against the published SHA256SUMS, instead of the interactive installer that runs consent/skills/OAuth setup on /dev/tty. - Installs to the remote user's ~/.local/bin (user-owned so `twg upgrade` works) with a /usr/local/bin/twg symlink - enableTelemetry (default false): exports DO_NOT_TRACK and TWG_DISABLE_3P_DATA_TELEMETRY via env.sh, /etc/profile.d and a chained BASH_ENV, following the package-source-overrides pattern - persistAuth (default true): symlinks ~/.config/twg to a named volume - installSkills (default false): runs `twg skills install --yes` - configureBrowser (default true): $BROWSER-aware xdg-open shim - Documents TWG_TOKEN/TWG_USER/TWG_SITE passthrough via remoteEnv - Adds tests/scenarios, CI matrix entries, justfile targets and README docs Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com> Copilot-Session: 7a3b393d-7665-431c-8883-35de5027c51f

Summary
Adds a new
atlassian-teamwork-graph-cliFeature that installs Atlassian's Teamwork Graph CLI (twg). twg complementsacli, and the two Features can be used together. It's a separate Feature because twg covers much more than Jira and Confluence (Bitbucket, JSM, Loom, Trello and more), so it doesn't fit the existingatlassian-jira-confluence-cliid.Why not the official installer?
curl …/cli/install | bashrunstwg setup finalizeafter downloading the binary. That step records consent, installs skills and starts OAuth login on/dev/tty, so the install is interactive. This Feature downloads the binary directly from the same CDN (latestcomes frommanifest.json) and checks it against the publishedSHA256SUMS. The user then runstwg login(device-code OAuth) themselves.Options

A Feature'scontainerEnvis baked into the image, so the Feature can't do this safely itself. Also
