Should fix #127 which is caused by the most recently nightly stabilising
allocator_api. Currently leaving the crate's ownallocator_apifeature present and using it to gate theAllocatorimpls, at least until this makes it to stable and we can bump the MSRV (and leave the crate feature as a no-op I guess, to avoid a breaking change).
