Description
Agents sometimes link a run or asset to a new artifact with
derived_from. The server acceptsderived_fromonly for another artifact, so the call fails and the user must approve a retry. Thecreate_artifactdescription and the Sift skill now say to usesourcefor runs and assets, andderived_fromonly for artifacts.Verification
