This pull request updates the documentation for using data feeds on Stellar, clarifying prerequisites and correcting the usage of the data feed client API in both the Markdown and plaintext guides. The changes ensure developers use the correct versions of tools and understand the correct API usage for reading data feed rounds.

stellar contract initcommand scaffolds a project using the latestsoroban-sdk(v25 or later), while contracts in the guide are compatible withsoroban-sdkv21 and later. Added guidance for pinning older SDK versions. [1] [2]Code and API usage corrections:
