Documents the application APIs and their observed latency. Separates proposed performance targets from measured results and explains the limits of each comparison.
Records usage and accounting checks for a task and its delegated worker: provider token fields, exact Wallet receipts, trace delivery, privacy controls and account scope. Earlier failed checks remain documented alongside the successful results.
Stacked on #1027. Documentation changes only.
Validation: documentation and example checks, 8 documentation tests, formatting, and CI passed. Packaged CLI checks confirm that copied data retains the same sessions and call records.
