feat: add an isolated deterministic trezor emulator fixture

Description

• Adds an optional Trezor emulator and Bridge profile with automatic deterministic setup, isolated state and a healthcheck. Includes an offline diagnostic that verifies the public test identity and regtest transaction signing through Bridge.
• Checked: Built the named ARM64 image and started a temporary Compose project from the reported commit. It became healthy, enumerated a device, returned the expected regtest address and signed a synthetic SegWit transaction whose signature was independently verified; the diagnostic released its Bridge session. The lane check resolved the on-demand profile and refreshed capabilities showed the missing piece at the reported revision.

The test run was for synonymdev/bitkit-ios#867 at head 16f0966, with the environment at commit a07496f. It ran one item, J1, and J1 failed.

The record of that failure does not say why it failed, so the run does not show whether the emulator change works or not, and it gives no ground to blame the change. Nothing else ran, so no item has yet passed on this change.

The test run for synonymdev/bitkit-ios#867 at head e0e44a4 used this environment change at commit a07496f. The one item that needed the Trezor emulator fixture, J1, ran on it and passed.

Every item of the run that needed the change ran and passed, so the emulator and Bridge setup worked as intended.
