Zwift Custom Workouts
Mostly interval training with intensity determined by Training Stress Score.
To Install
OSX - Macbook Users
Copy or use git put the files in the Zwift/Workouts/<your_profile_number>/ For me this was in my documents folder.
Next time you start Zwift the workouts will be in your custom workouts folder.
Windows
Windows Users > Please tell me where the zwift file is located by raising an issue.
